For Tomorrow’s Leaders

Charlotte Succession is a limited-membership, non-profit organization consisting of committed and conscientious young male professionals with a common mission: personal and community development through leadership and service. Charlotte Succession’s goals are to promote development in the personal and professional lives of members and to give back to the Charlotte community.

In 2004, Charlotte Succession was formed to provide the networking opportunities and skills for its members to become effective future leaders of Charlotte, and it has expanded its membership and activities to this day.

Charlotte Succession’s mission is to facilitate personal development through leadership and service.

This mission is supported by Succession’s five core values:

1.   CHARACTER

Members of Succession must demonstrate strong integrity and personal character.

2.   LEADERSHIP

Succession recruits members that exhibit exceptional leadership in their professional and personal lives, and it encourages members to assume leadership roles in its many annual events.

3.   SERVICE

Members of Succession are expected to serve the Charlotte community. Members participate in outreach events as well as the annual Succession Golf Tournament.
 
4.   EXCELLENCE

Succession members encourage each other to achieve excellence and to exceed all expectations in their professional and personal lives.
 
5.   FELLOWSHIP

The common mission that Succession members share creates strong fellowship and long-lasting relationships, which members hope to maintain for the rest of their lives.
